From US Midwest & Ontario

Take hwy 401 to hwy Q.E.W. Niagara
In Niagara Falls the highway splits
STAY RIGHT!!! and take Q.E.W. Fort Erie
Then take McLeod Rd exit-Turn left on Mcleod Rd.
Drive approx 3 miles-Mcleod Road
McLeod Rd changes names to Portage Rd.
Drive past Marineland
At second set of traffic light turn left
you will see the sign for "Surfside Inn" is on your left
Do not take hwy 420 to the falls!! You will risk getting stuck in a lot of traffic!!

Incase you do take Hwy '420 to Niagara Falls':

Make right on Stanley Avenue (first traffic light intersection after hwy ends)
Go Straight for approximately 3 miles on Stanley Avenue
Stanley Avenue will end and you will have the option of turning right or left
Turn Left and go straight
Notice MarineLand pass on your right
at second traffic light you will Notice 'Tim Hortons' coffee shop on your right and
take left you will see Surfside Inn on your left.

From Rainbow Bridge

Follow signs to the falls
Niagara Parkway runs parallel to the Niagara River
Follow Niagara Parkway past the Falls (Niagara river should be on your left)
Drive 1-1/2 mile on Niagara Parkway (going upstream)
the Surfside Inn is on your right.

The Niagara River Recreation Trail

Bike it, hike it, stroll it or rollerblade it. The Niagara River Recreation Trail follows the path of the Niagara River from Fort Erie to Niagara-on-the-Lake. The trail's paved surface stretches a full 56 km (35 miles) through beautiful parkland, over small bridges and to strategic lookouts. Take time out to read some of the many historic plaques along the way.

NIAGARA PARKS PEOPLE MOVER
The Surfside is just south of the main people mover terminal

Modern Niagara Parks People Movers travel daily from April to October, along one of the prettiest drives in the world... the Niagara Parkway. One low fee, (the fee is included in the Explorer's Passport PLUS) allows you to travel all day along the 30 kilometer (19 miles) loop running from just above the Falls to Queenston Heights Park and return. You may get on and off different People Movers for no additional fee.

These People Mover Buses stop approximately every 20 minutes at various stops along the route. Stops 1 through 12 travel northbound towards Queenston Heights Park. Stops 13 through 22 travel southbound towards the Falls.
